My Story

Hi, I’m Kata, founder of the Yogini Power Institute. Welcome to my Online Yin Yoga Academy. Exactly 17 years ago, I was overwhelmed and unsure where to begin teaching. I struggled with crowded in-person trainings, schedules that didn’t fit my life, and sky-high prices. I had babies at the time, and my practice was my sanctuary, where I found me after giving to everyone.
I would have loved the possibility to learn at my pace from home, but back then it wasn't available. So, a few years ago with COVID I created the program I desperately needed myself—clear, simple, flexible, and fully online.
